Oak Valley Designs was founded in 2010 by Chappell Padgett to address the changing demands of the flooring industry. Drawing on decades of experience and a lifelong connection to the carpet business, Chappell set out to develop a product that was versatile, customizable, easy to use, and environmentally conscious.
